Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a £50.00 administrative fee.

Prices for services are provided at the time of booking or upon request. All charges are inclusive of applicable
taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other terms are agreed upon
in writing. We accept payments via cash, card, bank transfer.
Customer Responsibilities

Remove valuables or fragile items prior to our arrival. Notify us of any potential hazards or special requirements.
Liability
We will take reasonable care when delivering our services. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing
damage, Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Any damage resulting from your failure to follow instructions
or prepare the premises appropriately. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the
service provided.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will make every
effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control,
including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (text, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Home Service London and may not be used
or reproduced without our prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes
